Ingredients
For cooking, you need to prepare the following products:
- flour – 3 cups;
- hot water – 1 glass;
- oil – 3 tbsp;
- salt – 0.5 tsp.
How to prepare
Use purified or bottled water to prepare the dough. Do not drink from the tap so that there are no extraneous flavors. Oil is also recommended to be refined without smell.
Pour the flour into a bowl and mix with salt. The water should be heated to boiling point. First, pour oil into the flour, and immediately boil it in a thin trickle. Knead the dough with a fork, then with your hands.
The consistency of the dough may differ from the desired one, because everyone's flour is different. If the dough is dry, you can add more boiling water or, conversely, add flour if necessary.
The dough needs to be kneaded. At least 10 minutes. It depends on how elastic and smooth it will be. It should not stick to the hands. Put the dough in a bag and let it rest for 30 minutes. After that, you can start working with it and sculpting the most delicious dumplings.
