How to make festive tartlets with mushrooms and cheese

Every time you cook for guests, it seems like you need a “wow effect”, but without complicated recipes? Tartlets with mushrooms and cheese are exactly the kind of appetizer that looks impressive, is quick to prepare, and is always the first to disappear from the table.

Ingredients:

  • tartlets (ready-made) – 10 pcs.;
  • champignons – 300 g;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • hard cheese – 100 g;
  • butter – 20 g;
  • sour cream or cream – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • salt, pepper to taste.

Mushrooms are cut into small cubes and fried in butter together with chopped onion until golden brown. Add sour cream, salt, pepper and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

The finished filling is spread into tartlets, sprinkled with grated cheese on top and baked in the oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes, until the cheese melts.

You can serve it both warm and cold – they will be delicious in any form.
