How to make fluffy and high pancakes that don't fall apart even when cold

Pancakes in a pan can rise beautifully. However, they don't always stay that way when cooled. They fall and become flat. To keep your pancakes fluffy and high, prepare them according to this recipe.

Ingredients

You will need the following products for preparation:

  • flour – 230 g;
  • kefir – 250 ml;
  • baking soda – 0.5 tsp;
  • salt – 0.5 tsp;
  • sugar – 2-3 tbsp;
  • chicken egg – 1 pc.;
  • oil.

How to prepare

In a bowl, beat the egg, 2 tbsp. sugar, salt. Mix thoroughly until the mass is homogeneous. Now add warm kefir. Mix and add sifted flour. Add soda, mix again.

Do not use the dough immediately, but let it stand for 10 minutes. The soda will burn off during this time. Then we proceed to frying.

Heat the pan, pour in the oil. While frying, do not stir the dough in the bowl. Cook over medium heat. Enjoy!
