How to make fluffy burger buns

Ingredients:
• 500 g flour
• 200 ml warm milk
• 100 ml warm water
• 50 g butter
• 1 egg
• 7 g dry yeast
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• Milk for greasing
Start by activating the yeast: mix it with warm water and sugar and let it stand for 10 minutes. Yeast is the basis of the lightness of the buns, so it is important to give them time to “come to life”. Then add warm milk, beaten egg, melted butter and salt. Milk gives the buns softness, and butter adds aroma and a slightly sweet taste.
Add the flour gradually, kneading the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. A well-kneaded dough is the key to ensuring that the buns rise evenly. Leave the dough in a warm place for an hour to double in size.
Divide the dough into portioned balls, place them on a baking sheet and leave for 15 minutes to rise. Brush with milk before baking to get a golden and soft crust. Bake at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes.
