Preparation:
Cheese for cheesecakes should be dry. If it is wet, then put it in cheesecloth and squeeze out the excess liquid. Do not add more sugar, because the mass will be liquid and the cheesecakes will lose their shape. Place all the necessary ingredients in a bowl and beat with a blender until smooth.
If desired, you can add raisins. Put the curd mass in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After that, form the cheesecakes and fry in a heated pan with a little oil on medium heat on both sides until browned. Serve with sour cream. Delicious!
