How to make healthy buckwheat bread: a recipe that everyone will like

It is much better for you to try to prepare buckwheat bread yourself, which preserves all the useful properties of groats.
You will not need any special gadgets for this – an ordinary oven will come in handy.
What products do we need? prepare:
- 2 cups of plain flour;
- 7 spoons of buckwheat;
- a teaspoon of dry yeast;
- 1.5 glasses of water;
- 3 tablespoons of any vegetable oil;
- a tablespoon of sugar;
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt.
How to cook:
First of all, you should take care of preparing the yeast. We will need water whose temperature does not exceed 40 degrees. The specified amount of sugar is dissolved in it and yeast is added.
The mass should stand for about 10 minutes.
In the meantime, you can work on the rest of the ingredients.
Buckwheat should be sifted, slightly “heat” on a dry pan, and then turn it into flour using a regular coffee grinder.
In a separate bowl, mix two types of flour, add oil and yeast mass and start working with the dough for about 10 minutes.
Then it should be covered with cling film and left to “rest” for 60 minutes.
Then we knead our bread, send it to an oven dish and sprinkle it lightly with flour. The bread should “rest” for another half hour. It is best to cover it with a napkin.
After that, cook it at 200 degrees for a quarter of an hour. At this point, do not forget to put water in the oven. Then hide the bread under a sheet of foil, set the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes.
