How to make homemade cottage cheese ice cream

Despite the simplicity of preparation, the dessert turns out to be very tasty, and most importantly – healthy.

For cheese delicacies you will need:

  • 300 g of cheese;
  • 200 g of condensed milk;
  • 50 g of milk.

If desired, you can add raisins, chocolate pieces, fruits, berries or coconut flakes.

Cooking process

It is recommended to use homemade cottage cheese to make ice cream. A store-bought product of any fat content will also work.

Put the cheese in any container suitable for whipping and grind it well with a blender. If you don't have a blender at hand, you can pass the cheese through a sieve.

Add regular and condensed milk to the cheese mixture, then beat the resulting ice cream base again with an immersion blender.

At this stage, you can add any ingredients to the ice cream, including vanilla or fruit puree.

Then, carefully, using top-down movements, mix the sweet mass with a spatula so as not to disturb its consistency.

Fill the mass into ice cream molds or simply transfer it to a plastic container and level the surface with a spatula.

It will take 5 hours for the cheese ice cream to harden, after which you can safely enjoy this delicate dessert.
