How to make homemade gingerbread: available composition and ease of preparation

Gingerbread is an excellent dessert for tea. But still, a more useful option for such a dessert would be to prepare them yourself.

Ingredients for making 30 pieces of gingerbread:

  • milk – 200 g;
  • flour – 300 g;
  • cocoa – 50 g;
  • butter oil – 30 g;
  • sugar – 200 g;
  • yolk – 1 pc.;
  • raising agent – 15 g.
  • for a brighter taste, add 1 tsp. cinnamon and ginger.

Preparation:

In a saucepan, mix milk, butter, sugar, a pinch of salt, cinnamon and ginger. Finally, you need to add the yolk and butter. The container should be put on a slow fire.

The mass should be constantly stirred. It is impossible to bring to a boil. After that, when the pan is removed from the stove, you need to sift and add flour, baking powder and cocoa.

The dough should be thoroughly mixed and then rolled out well. After that, all that remains is to shape the gingerbreads, and then they can be sent to the oven. The dessert is baked for up to 10 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

When the gingerbread is ready, coat it with glaze. To do this, you need to pre-mix 150 g of powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, a pinch of vanilla and 1 protein.

As soon as the glaze dries, you can safely serve the dessert.
