How to make homemade glazed cheesecakes

Glazed cheesecakes are a favorite dessert not only for children, but also for adults. And of course, it is better to eat those that are made by yourself. You don't need a lot of products to make them, and the result will be enough deliciousness.

Prepare:
Cottage cheese – 300 g
Butter – 30 g
Vanilla sugar – 1 package
Powdered sugar – 30 g
Jam or jam – 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar – 1 tsp. l.
Cornstarch – 5 g
Lemon juice – 1 tsp.
Water – 1 tbsp. l.
Milk chocolate – 200 g
Refined oil – 35 g

Whip the cottage cheese and soft butter, powdered sugar and vanilla with a blender. Transfer the mixture to a pastry bag, which can successfully replace a cellophane bag with a cut corner.

In the meantime, prepare the filling: mix berry jelly, jam or marmalade with sugar, starch, lemon juice and water and cook until thickened (1-2 minutes). Let it cool and also put it in a pastry bag.

We spread the cling film and squeeze two strips of cheese from the pastry bag, one strip of filling in the middle on top and two more strips of cheese. We form the rolls, which we put in the freezer.

We melt the chocolate with oil. We take the frozen cheeses out of the freezer, insert the skewers and dip them in the liquid chocolate. We take them out on parchment and put them in the refrigerator.
