How to make homemade orange marmalade

It seems that homemade marmalade is something complicated and time-consuming? But orange marmalade is so simple that it will become your favorite dessert for tea. And most importantly, it is a natural product without unnecessary additives.
Ingredients:
- oranges – 3-4 pcs.
- sugar – 400 g
- water – 200 ml
- lemon juice – 2 tbsp. l.
- gelatin – 10 g
Wash and peel the oranges. Finely chop the zest, and grind the pulp in a blender until puree. Mix water, orange puree, zest, sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
Soak the gelatin in cold water, add to the hot mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour the resulting mass into a mold, let it cool and put in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours. Cut the finished marmalade into cubes or form figures using cuttings.
Such a dessert is a great addition to tea or holiday gifts. And its taste and aroma will conquer everyone who tastes at least a piece.
