Ingredients:
- 200 g of honey
- 150 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 250 g of sour cream
- 2 tsp. tablespoons of soda
- 400 g of flour
- Cream of your choice (usually sour cream)
First, beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy, and slightly warm the honey – this will help preserve its aroma. Add the flour gradually so that the dough remains soft and can be easily moved into the mold, filling it by 3 cm.
Bake the cakes in a round mold, and then cut each in half to get several layers. Such a honey cake turns out fluffy and perfectly soaked with cream, which makes it soft and juicy without any difficulties.
