How to make jam from rose petals

What products will be needed:

The most beautiful and undamaged petals should be collected. It is best to take the rose that you are 100% sure is pure.

Because it is difficult to determine the weight of the petals by eye, check them with a kitchen scale.

Then they should be carefully rinse in cold water. Take a pan, add half of the sugar to the petals and leave for several hours.

After that, pour out the remaining half of the sugar, add water and lemon juice, mix and send to the stove.

How only our petals will boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for about 7 minutes.

Take a half-liter jar, pour the jam, close it and send it to the refrigerator for storage.
