How to make “juicy” cutlets from frozen fillet

If you're tired of regular chicken cutlets, it's time to try something new. To make the cutlets tender and juicy, experienced chefs have long used one secret recipe.

Traditional minced meat, which is the main ingredient of the meat dish, is replaced with chicken fillet grated on a large grater. Please note: the fillet must be frozen, otherwise it will not be possible to grate it.

While preparing the base of the cutlets, hold the meat with napkins – this way you will protect your hands from the cold.

In addition, before freezing the fillet, it is necessary to rinse it thoroughly and only then send it to the freezer shelf.

After the frozen chicken fillet turns into a finely chopped mass, add the other ingredients – an egg, a few spoons of oatmeal, salt and pepper.
