How to make lasagna “for the lazy”

Exotic dishes only seem complicated at first glance, but in reality they are no more difficult to prepare than regular scrambled eggs. It so happened that abroad our pasta with minced meat and cheese is used to being called “Lasagna.” We will tell you how to cook it as quickly as possible.
To prepare you will need:
- pasta – 300 g;
- minced meat (beef) – 300 g;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- tomato sauce – 240 ml;
- cream (20-33% fat content) – 120 ml;
- sour milk cheese – 400 g;
- hard cheese – 100-150 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs.;
- salt, spices – to taste;
- vegetable oil.
How to cook
Peel the onion, finely chop, fry and add the minced meat. When ready, add salt, pepper and spices.
Then pour in the tomato sauce, cream and mix.
Put the finished pasta into the finished sauce and heat for a few minutes.
At this time, mix the cheese with eggs, salt, spices and add 100 g of grated cheese, mix.
Put everything in a baking dish, sprinkle with half the grated cheese, cover with foil and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
Then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
Serve the dish hot.
