Ingredients:
300 g minced meat
greens to taste< br> 1 onion
salt, pepper
100 ml of cold water
tortilla/pita bread
1 egg
Preparation:
Add finely chopped greens and onions to the minced meat, add salt and pepper and pour cold water. Knead the minced meat thoroughly with your hands. After that, take a tortilla and brush the edges with egg white.
Put the minced meat in a thin layer on one half and cover with the other half. Pinch the edges. On a well-heated frying pan with oil, put the chebureks to fry. Fry on medium heat under the lid.
Add oil to the pan and heat it well. Fry chebureks on medium heat under the lid for 3-4 minutes on each side. Place the chebureks on paper towels to absorb the oil. Delicious!
