How to make lazy zucchini dumplings: a dish that can surprise everyone in the household

Ingredients:

  • Onion – 1 pc.;
  • Zucchini – 1 pc. of medium size;
  • Carrot – 1 pc.;
  • Half of a head of cabbage;
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • Sour cream or tomato sauce to taste for dressing;
  • Salt and pepper.

Preparation:

  1. To begin with, you need to cut the onion into small cubes so that they did not stand out in the total mass of products. Grate the zucchini and mix with the onion, leave to drain the excess liquid.
  2. After that, grate the carrots, mix with minced meat, other vegetables, add salt and pepper, two eggs and mix well. You should get a thick mass that does not stick to your hands.
  3. After that, you can safely shape the cabbage rolls (cutlets) of the size you like. Place in a dish, pour sour cream or tomato sauce, cover with a lid, foil.
    At this time, you need to heat the oven to 200 degrees, then send the prepared baking sheet and bake for about forty minutes.
