Many people want to make lush cheesecakes for breakfast, but there is always a risk that the dish will not turn out as tasty as they would like. Sometimes the cheese inside is not baked, which is why the dish remains soggy. Sometimes cheesecakes cannot be called perfect because of the burnt crust. If you want to cook cheesecakes correctly, then you should simply choose a proven recipe.
What products need to be prepared:
- half a kilo of delicious cheese with an average fat content;
- 2 large spoons of sugar;
- a chicken egg;
- a little salt;
- a tablespoon of flour and 2 times more semolina;
- optionally a bag of vanilla sugar.
How to cook
In order for the cheese to have a perfectly uniform texture, it must be rubbed through a sieve. Thanks to this, the cheesecakes will turn out tastier and more uniform. The cheese should also be squeezed out of any excess liquid.
It is better to combine the egg in a separate container with sugar and salt. You can use less sugar if you wish. If you want to make cheesecakes with vanilla sugar, you should add it at this stage.
As soon as the liquid mass becomes homogeneous, add it to the cheese and combine.
First add the flour and mix, and then add the semolina. Thanks to this, the cheesecakes will be able to bake well and not fall apart.
Since the composition contains semolina, you should not cook immediately. First, you need to send the resulting mass to the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
After that, form cheesecakes of the same size and fry. If you want the dish to turn out tastier, you can also put a small piece of butter on the pan during frying.
