Butter – 200 g
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Pears – 3 pcs.
Sugar – 230 g
Baking powder – 2 tsp.
Oil – for greasing the mold
Beat the soft butter with sugar. Beat the eggs separately. Gradually add them to the butter mixture, continuing to beat.
Carefully mix the flour with baking powder, adding it in portions – 2-3 spoons at a time. Grease a cake tin with oil, dust it with flour and pour the batter in, leveling it with a spatula.
Cut the pears into thin slices, arrange them in a fan shape over the batter, and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour. Then turn off the oven and leave the cake there for 10-15 minutes.
Take it out, let it cool in the tin, and then cut into portions. You can also serve it with chocolate sauce, or you can eat it as is. It turns out tastier than delicious!
