  • 3 cloves of garlic

Cooking technology

  • First, season the minced meat with spices and salt to taste, then add the egg.
  • Chop and add the greens to the resulting mass, beat until homogeneity.
  • Mix the garlic with sour cream or mayonnaise and add a little salt.
  • Line the sheet with parchment paper.
  • Form large, round cutlets from the mixture, make holes with a glass and place on the sheet.
  • Add finely chopped onion, sauce and tomato slices to each.
  • Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees, then sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10-20 minutes.
