- Half a kilo of minced meat
- Half an onion
- Half a tomato

- 3 cloves of garlic
Cooking technology
- First, season the minced meat with spices and salt to taste, then add the egg.
- Chop and add the greens to the resulting mass, beat until homogeneity.
- Mix the garlic with sour cream or mayonnaise and add a little salt.
- Line the sheet with parchment paper.
- Form large, round cutlets from the mixture, make holes with a glass and place on the sheet.
- Add finely chopped onion, sauce and tomato slices to each.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees, then sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10-20 minutes.
