Ingredients

The following products are needed for preparation:

  • fermented milk cheese – 200 g;
  • flour – 200 g;
  • kefir – 200 ml;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • sugar – 3 tbsp.;
  • baking powder – 1 tsp .;
  • a pinch of salt.

How to cook

Mash the sour milk cheese a little with a fork, if it is in large lumps . Beat the eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt. Enter warm kefir.

Now add sour milk cheese, flour, baking powder to the mass. Mix the mass. The dough is ready. Heat a frying pan with oil.
