Ingredients:
800 g of mushrooms
2 onions
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. oil
100 ml of wine
sprig of thyme
60 g of flour
1 l of broth
100 ml of cream
1 tsp. salt
black pepper to taste
Preparation:
Simmer the onion in a frying pan with oil until softened, add the garlic and thyme, simmer for 1 minute and add the wine.
Steam over high heat and then add the mushrooms and flour. Stir, pour in the broth, add spices and cook for 15 minutes after it starts to boil.
Add the cream and simmer over very low heat for 3 minutes. Then blend with a blender. The soup is ready, serve. Enjoy!
