How to make oatmeal bread without flour and oil

Losing weight on an empty stomach is a complete waste of time and effort, otherwise, due to a failure in the diet, you can regain all the pounds you managed to lose. To prevent this from happening, you need to know what you can eat during a diet. One such example is oatmeal bread. It is easy to prepare and does not require flour or oil.

To prepare you will need:

  • 3 cups of oatmeal;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1.5 cups of natural yogurt;
  • 2 tsp. salt;
  • nuts, seeds, dried apricots – to taste;
  • baking powder.

How to cook

Everything is so simple that even an inexperienced beginner can handle the preparation.

First, pour the oatmeal into a deep bowl.

Then add the eggs and salt, baking powder, mix and pour in the yogurt.

If desired, you can add seeds, dried fruits or walnuts.

The mass must be brought to a homogeneous state, poured into a baking dish and let the dough stand for 10-15 minutes so that the oatmeal swells and can be sent to a preheated oven.

Oat bread is baked at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes.

The finished bread can be consumed fresh, and the crackers can be dried.
