How to make pancakes always fluffy

Beautiful golden and fluffy pancakes are the pride of any housewife who is confident in her culinary skills. Some consider this dish a good breakfast or a very tasty dessert with jam or condensed milk.

Ingredients for 18-20 incredibly fluffy pancakes:

  • flour – 200 g;
  • milk – 180 ml;
  • yeast – 3-4 g;
  • sugar – 20 g;
  • oil – 10 g;
  • egg – 1 pc.

First, add yeast to warm milk and pour sugar in. Mix and leave for 15 minutes, covered with a towel.

Beat the egg with sugar, and add yeast to the mixture. Vegetable oil and salt also go there. Mix the ingredients and sift the flour. Then the dough is covered with a towel again and placed in a warm place for 30 minutes.

After the dough is ready, heat the pan and add oil. Start laying out the pancakes, which are fried over medium heat.

Bring the pancakes to a golden color on both sides. Each one takes about a minute and a half.
