How to make pancakes
To begin with, you should take something like a measuring container. A regular glass or cup will do. After that, you can move on to the ingredients.
You need to take:
- 1 glass each of milk, boiling water, and flour;
- 1 tablespoon of sugar;
- 2 eggs;
- 3 tablespoons of oil.
By beating the eggs with salt and sugar, achieve a foamy state and you can add boiling water, and then milk.
After settling, you need to add flour and continue the beating process, and only at the end add oil.
As soon as everything is ready, you should not immediately start frying. The dough should rest for about 15 minutes.
The treat should be cooked in a preheated frying pan.
