How to make perfect pumpkin pies

Do you want to surprise your guests with unusual baking or please your family with something useful? Pumpkin pies are exactly the kind of dish that will give you autumn coziness and aroma. Juicy pumpkin filling combined with soft dough is an ideal option for those who like to experiment with traditional dishes.
Dough ingredients:

- 1 glass of milk
- 1 egg
- 25 g of fresh yeast
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 50 g of butter
- Pinch of salt
For the filling:
- 500 g of pumpkin
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
To prepare the dough, mix warm milk with yeast, add sugar, egg , salt and melted butter. Gradually add flour and knead a soft dough. Cover it with a towel and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour to set.
For the filling, grate the pumpkin, add sugar and a little cinnamon. Simmer over low heat until the pumpkin becomes soft.
Roll out the dough, form patties with the filling, bake in an oven heated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes until golden.
