How to make pickled cucumbers in 10 minutes

Traditionally, many associate pickled vegetables with jars, jars, and long and complicated cooking processes. But it turned out that there is a simple recipe that allows you to pickle cucumbers in 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • medium-sized cucumbers – 3 pcs.;
  • apple cider vinegar – 4 tbsp. l.;
  • water – 8 tbsp. l.;
  • sugar – 3 tsp. l.;
  • turmeric – 1 tbsp. l. without a slide;
  • a pinch of salt.

For dressing:

  • a small onion;
  • oil – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • greens (dill, parsley).

You will need a microwave oven and a ceramic, glass or plastic container that is suitable for use in a microwave oven, a cutting board and a knife.

How to cook

Pour water and apple cider vinegar into the container, mix. Add sugar, salt, turmeric. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly again. The marinade is ready. Next, you need to prepare the cucumbers. They are cut into circles or stick-shaped pieces, as you prefer – the main thing is that they are not too thick.

The sliced ​​cucumbers are placed in the marinade and mixed well so that the liquid envelops each piece. The cucumbers are placed in a container so that they are immersed in the marinade as much as possible. Then the container is placed in the microwave and heated for 6 minutes at a power of 800 watts.

When the microwave has finished working, the dish must be cooled, and then the cucumbers must be transferred to a salad bowl. They are seasoned with vegetable oil, onion, which is cut into rings, and sprinkled with herbs.
