How to make pickled garlic for a winter snack

If there's a snack that scatters like sunflower seeds, it's definitely pickled garlic. You can easily prepare it, and in winter you will have an incredible snack on your table.
Ingredients
You will need the following products for preparation:
- water – 1 l;
- salt – 1 tbsp.;
- sugar – 3 tsp.;
- vinegar 9% – 2 tbsp.
How to cook
Peel the garlic and pour boiling water over it, and then immediately lower it into cold water. Create such a temperature shock. Arrange the garlic in jars.
Bring the water to a boil. Dissolve salt, sugar in it, and add vinegar. Pour hot boiling water over the garlic in the jars.
The jars with garlic should be sterilized at a temperature of 100 degrees for 5 minutes. And immediately roll up. Enjoy!
