How to make processed cheese at home so that it is natural and tasty
Processed cheese in the store version does not always have the ideal composition of products. This leads to the fact that housewives are increasingly looking for ways to cook their favorite products on their own. And processed cheese is no exception.

Homemade processed cheese is not so difficult to prepare. It requires the following products:
- fermented milk cheese – 0.5 kg;
- milk – 120 ml;
- oil – 30 g;
- soda – 0.5 tsp;
- salt – 1.5 tsp.
Mix together sour milk cheese, soda and milk. Beat everything together with a blender. Alternatively, you can grind through a sieve. Mix the rest of the ingredients.
Transfer the preparation into a pan and start heating it over low heat. Stir constantly so that the mass melts evenly.
When the cheese melts, you need to add butter and salt. If desired, you can put spices or aromatic herbs. Keep on the fire for another 10 minutes and turn off.
Pour into the prepared mold and leave to stand at room temperature until completely cool. Place in the refrigerator for 5-7 hours. Delicious!
