Ingredients:
1 kg of peeled pumpkin
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
200 g of cream 20-30%
1 l of water or broth
Butter
Salt, pepper
Nutmeg

Preparation:
Take a saucepan with a thick bottom, fry the chopped onion and crushed garlic in butter, add the pumpkin and fry, stirring for 10 minutes.
Stir, fry for 10 minutes.

Pour in water or broth and cook for 15 minutes. Puree the soup with a blender. Add cream, salt and pepper, add nutmeg.

You can prepare in advance for serving your choice: fried pieces of chicken or bacon, croutons, shrimp, cheese of your choice, pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
