Ingredients:
1300 g of peeled pumpkin
800 g of sugar
1 large orange (juice and zest).
1 large lemon (juice and zest)
spices (cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, ginger)
jam or pectin
Preparation:
Cut the pumpkin into cubes, cover it with sugar. Add all the other ingredients and leave for 30-60 minutes. Put on high heat, and after boiling, make medium heat and cook for 45-50 minutes.
The pumpkin should become transparent. Then add a pack of jam and boil for another 3 minutes. Pour the jam into jars, seal, and cover to let it cool. Enjoy!
