How to make pumpkin pie with cookies and sprinkles

Pumpkin pie is associated with autumn, but it is also relevant in winter. Pumpkins are revered by many. Especially by summer residents, who keep a lot of this treasure after the harvest. If you also love pumpkins, then this recipe is for you.
Ingredients
You will need the following products to prepare it:
- sugar cookies “For tea” – 400 g;
- walnuts – 60 g;
- butter – 125 g;
- soft cottage cheese – 450 g;
- sugar – 1 tbsp.;
- baked pumpkin – 1 tbsp.;
- cinnamon – 1 tbsp.;
- cream – 2 tbsp.;
- powdered sugar.
How to cook
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. While it is heating up, make the base. Crush the cookies into crumbs. Mix it with soft butter and chopped nuts. Take a glass of this mixture and set aside for sprinkling.
Put the remaining mixture on a baking sheet or in a mold and tamp it down. This will be the cake. Put in the oven for 10 minutes.
Beat together the soft cottage cheese with sugar until smooth. Add the cream, cinnamon, and pumpkin. Place the filling on the cake and sprinkle with the mixture you left. Bake the cake for 35 minutes.
Do not serve the pumpkin pie hot. Let it stand for 30 minutes, and then put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Enjoy!
