How to make pumpkin pies

Ingredients for 12 pies:
250 ml of warm milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 g of dry yeast
2 tbsp. oil
380 g flour
1 egg (for greasing)
For the filling:
1 onion
450 g pumpkin
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
black pepper
Preparation:
Add sugar, salt, yeast to warm milk and mix well. Pour in oil, add flour and knead into a smooth dough.
Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl, cover and leave in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
For the filling, fry the finely chopped onion, and then the grated pumpkin. Mix the pumpkin with the onion, salt, pepper and add sugar.
When the dough is well combined, divide it into 12 equal parts and shape the pies with the filling. Transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cover with a towel, let them stand for half an hour. After that, brush the pies with an egg and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 30-35 minutes. Delicious!
