How to make pumpkin puree soup with orange juice

If you love pumpkin and know about its benefits, then be sure to prepare such a soup, which has a creamy consistency and incredibly delicate taste.
Details
To prepare, take:
1 kg of pumpkin (ripe and sweet)
100 ml of cream (10% fat)
100 g of orange
500 ml of water
oil for baking
spices, salt – to taste
Peel the pumpkin, cut into cubes, place in a baking dish. Lightly drizzle with oil, preferably olive oil, add your favorite spices and herbs.
Cover the dish with foil and bake until soft at a temperature of 170-180 degrees (30-40 minutes).
Transfer the finished pumpkin to a blender bowl, add boiling water. Put on the fire, add cream and boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring.
At the end, add fresh juice from half an orange, mix. If desired, you can decorate with sesame or pumpkin seeds.
