How to make quick pizza in a pan

Have you ever wanted pizza, but didn't have the time or desire to mess with the oven? Pizza in a frying pan is a quick and tasty option for those who love experiments in the kitchen. It takes only 15 minutes to prepare and your family will definitely like it.

Ingredients:

  • kefir – 150 ml;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • flour – 200 g;
  • soda – 0.5 tsp. l.;
  • salt – a pinch;
  • tomato sauce – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • cheese – 100 g;
  • favorite filling (ham, mushrooms, vegetables) – 150 g.

In a bowl, mix kefir with soda, add egg, salt and sifted flour. The dough should be thick, but not lumpy. Pour it into a preheated frying pan greased with oil. Quickly smooth the dough and spread tomato sauce. Spread the filling: ham, mushrooms, sweet peppers or any other ingredients. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until the cheese melts and the base becomes soft but elastic. The pizza turns out juicy and flavorful — a great option for a quick dinner.
