How to make rice soup with golden broth: an idea for lunch
Rice can be used not only for boiling a side dish. It will make the most delicious chicken broth soup. An ideal dish for lunch.
Ingredients
The following products are required for preparation:
- chicken – 2 thighs;
- potatoes — 4 pcs.;
- onions — 1 pc.;
- carrot – 1 pc.;
- rice – 80 g;
- water – 2 l;
- salt, spices.
How to cook
Place chicken and onion in cold water. Bring to a boil. Do not forget to remove the foam. Reduce the heat and add salt.
Cut the potatoes into cubes. Wash the rice well. Preferably several times. Add the potatoes and rice to the pot, and the onion can be pulled out. Cook for 15 minutes.
Grate carrots and fry in oil. The thighs are also ready by now, so take them out and take them apart. And then, together with the carrots, return to the soup.
You need to add flavor. Add salt and your favorite spices. It can be a seasoning for chicken. Boil for 5 minutes and turn off.
Soup is not poured immediately. It is tastiest to let it stand under the lid for 10 minutes. And then you can serve it to the table. Delicious!
