How to make salad greens juicy and crunchy

An equally important component of the dish is greens: dill, parsley, cilantro, basil, green onions, leaf lettuce and many other plants.

However, sometimes these ingredients turn out to be too dry and lose their “crunchiness”. This is not very good for a salad made from such products: the dish will not turn out as appetizing as we would like. But you can “restore” the greens. To do this, you need to process them properly.

What to do with the greens

You need to take a deep bowl, fill it halfway with cold water and add a few ice cubes.

Into the same container, you should send the greens that you plan to use as ingredients for the salad.

After 5-7 minutes, you can take out the plants. They will all become juicy and crispy again. It will seem that the greens are very fresh. At the same time, there will be no excess water.
