How to make savory cheesecakes with herbs

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of sour milk cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2-3 sun-dried tomatoes
  • greens to taste dried garlic
  • smoked paprika
  • 15 g of hard cheese
  • 20 g of semolina
  • salt
  • flour

Preparation:
Grate the cheese through a sieve and add all the ingredients. Chop the tomatoes and greens, grate the cheese. Mix thoroughly and leave the mass to stand for 15 minutes.

Place the cheese on a floured table and form a sausage, cut into pieces, roll in flour and form cheesecakes.

Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the cheesecakes on medium heat on both sides. Serve with yogurt or sour cream. Enjoy!
