How to make savory muffins from zucchini and oatmeal

When Zucchini is plentiful and you are not you know what to cook, then make muffins. They are so tasty with sour cream both hot and cold. For the recipe, you can take both overgrown zucchini and young ones.
Ingredients
You need to prepare the following:
- zucchini — 1 piece;
- grated cheese – 200 g;
- chicken eggs – 3 pieces;
- salt – 0.5 tsp;
- garlic – 2 cloves.;
- greens.

How to cook
From zucchini remove the skin and rub on a grater. If the middle has seeds, remove it. The mass will release a lot of juice. Squeeze it, because the dough will float.
Now add the rest of the ingredients: chicken eggs, greens, grated cheese, oatmeal, salt, garlic. Please note that oatmeal must be ground in a blender. It is possible to such a state that small fractions of flakes are felt. Mix everything thoroughly.
Lay out the muffins in silicone molds. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 40 minutes. If the dough is wet, maybe 50 minutes. Delicious!
