How to make snack muffins with vegetables and cheese

Looking for an easy-to-prepare snack for the holiday table? Snack muffins with vegetables and cheese are a quick option that looks spectacular on the table and will appeal to all guests.

Ingredients:

  • flour – 200 g;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • milk – 100 ml;
  • cheese (hard) – 100 g;
  • sweet pepper – 1 pc.;
  • zucchini – 1 pc.;
  • baking powder – 1 tsp.;
  • salt, spices to taste.

Better pepper and zucchini are cut into small cubes, cheese is grated. In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt and spices. Add flour with baking powder and knead a thick dough. Add vegetables and cheese, mix thoroughly.

Spread the dough into muffin tins, filling them 2/3 full. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 20-25 minutes.

The finished muffins are tender, fragrant, and very easy to serve. Serve them warm or cold — they will always be delicious.
