How to make soft homemade gingerbread on kefir
Gingerbread is such a delicacy when it is made correctly. Tender, soft, with a subtle honey aroma. They are great. If you wanted a proven gingerbread recipe, you can take it to the culinary treasury.
Ingredients
The following products are needed for preparation:
- flour – 2.5 glasses;
- kefir – 350 ml;
- eggs – 3 pcs.;
- honey – 1 tablespoon;
- sugar – 1 glass;
- a pinch of soda;
- oil;
- salt.
How to cook
We start by separating the eggs from the yolks. In a separate container, beat two egg yolks and one egg white. Add sugar, salt, honey to the mass. Mix and pour kefir. It should be at room temperature and three tablespoons of oil.
Lastly, sifted flour and soda should be added to the mass. Roll out the dough. Now you can cut gingerbread. The easiest way to do this is with a glass.
Place gingerbread on a baking sheet with parchment. Send to the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. When the gingerbread cookies are ready, they will need a glaze. It is made from whipped protein and 3 tbsp. sugar.
Grease the gingerbread and return to the oven for 4 minutes so that the glaze sets. Delicious!
