How to make spicy tomato soup

Such soups are eaten both cold and hot. Try to cook it if you like spicy food, because the fire will be that one.

Details

Ingredients:

  • tomatoes – 5-6 pcs.
  • tomato paste – 3 tbsp.
  • sweet pepper – 1 pc.
  • hot pepper – to taste
  • < li>pickles – 2 pcs.

  • onion – 1 pc.
  • garlic – 3 cloves
  • olive oil – 2 tsp
  • greens, spices and salt – to taste

Finely chop the onion, garlic and greens. Heat the olive oil in a pan and pour the chopped ingredients into it and add the spices.

Peel the ripe tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Stew them with tomato paste, pepper, salt 15 minutes.

Mix cucumbers and peppers with tomatoes and blend until pureed.

Do not forget to remove the seeds from the peppers to control the spiciness.

Combine the mixture with onions and garlic, mix thoroughly and serve with crackers and greens.
