You can make very tasty dishes from zucchini. The vegetable goes well with other products and spices. For lunch or dinner, zucchini dishes are a great alternative to pasta or fried potatoes.
Ingredients for the dish
You will need the following products for cooking:
- zucchini – 1 kg;
- minced meat – 0.5 kg;
- sweet pepper – 2 pcs.;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- black pepper to taste
- adzhika (dry) – ½ tsp;
- sour cream – 1 tbsp.;
- hard cheese – 150 g.
Step-by-step preparation
Peel the zucchini and cut into 2 cm rings. Remove the middle from the middle. Place the zucchini in a bowl and salt. Let them stand for 15 minutes to release excess juice.
For the filling, chop the onion and fry until transparent in vegetable oil. Grind the sweet peppers and herbs in a blender together with garlic.
Add chopped vegetables and fried onions, dry adjika to the minced meat. Salt and pepper, of course, to taste. Look at the consistency of the filling. If it turns out dry, add a little sour cream to it.
Dry the zucchini with a paper towel and place on a baking sheet, which should be greased with oil. Place minced meat in the middle of each ring. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. 10 minutes before the zucchini is ready, sprinkle with hard cheese. The more, the tastier. The dish is ready. Enjoy!
