To prepare an unusual preparation, you should select 2 kg of bell pepper. Important: the vegetable should not be overripe.
Sweet pepper must be washed. Remove the stalks, seeds and cut into cubes.
Transfer the blanks to a saucepan and add 1 cup of water to them. Pour 0.5 kg of granulated sugar and 2 g of citric acid here.
Wait until the contents of the pan boil and continue to cook until done on a low heat. Do not forget: in order not to spoil the taste of the dish, the future jam should be stirred continuously.
While it is still hot, pour the sauce into half-liter jars and close with lids.
