What products should be prepared:

- 2 chicken eggs (preferably fresh);
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- 2 teaspoons of yeast ( fresh);
- about 50 g of melted butter.
- How to cook:
First you need to take a small jar with a lid In this container, you need to dissolve the specified amount of yeast in two tablespoons of warm water. It is also worth adding a little sugar, bring to a homogeneous state and remove the rest of the ingredients while preparing.
Put it in a warm place.
Meanwhile, we choose a convenient dish for working with the dough. We combine sifted flour, sugar and a pinch of salt, add chicken eggs to the total mass.
Pour the dough with oil, bring it to a homogeneous state, pour in the yeast and start working with the dough itself.
As soon as it becomes the desired consistency, it should be “hidden” under a natural fabric and left to “rest” for 60 minutes.
