How to make sweet salami sausage

Ingredients:
120 g dark chocolate
40 g butter
60 g heavy cream
120 g cookies to your taste
50 g roasted nuts
100 g dried fruits

Preparation:

Crush the cookies, preferably with different sized crumbs. Pour boiling water over the dried fruits and dry them. Chop the dried fruits and chop the nuts. Mix together with the cookies. Heat the cream, add the chocolate and butter, mix until smooth.

Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well. Spread cling film on the table and spread the mixture. Wrap it in a sausage. Twist it tightly and put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Then remove the film and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cocoa. Enjoy!
