How to make tangerine cake without baking

Can a dessert be festive, easy to make, and not require an oven? A no-bake tangerine cake is your ticket to holiday magic with minimal effort. Its bright appearance and citrus aroma will create a New Year's atmosphere from the first bite.
Ingredients:
- tangerines – 6 pcs.;
- cookies (type “For tea”) – 300 g;
- butter – 100 g;
- cream cheese or sour cream – 400 g;
- powdered sugar – 100 g;
- gelatin – 10 g;
- water – 50 ml.
For the base, crush the cookies into crumbs and mix with melted butter. Spread the resulting mass evenly over the bottom of the mold and place in the refrigerator. Soak the gelatin in water, let it swell, and then heat it up without bringing it to a boil.
Mix the cream cheese with powdered sugar, add the melted gelatin and some of the sliced tangerines. Pour the mixture onto the cookie base, place the tangerine rings on top, and put the cake in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
The finished dessert looks so impressive that it will become the main decoration of the table.
