How to make “tender” meatballs with gravy

Many people cook cutlets for lunch or dinner, which are always combined with side dishes and vegetables.
However, it is very easy to diversify an ordinary dinner, but you do not need to change the ingredients. Instead of cutlets, you can cook delicious meatballs with gravy. There will definitely be no one indifferent to such a treat.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 500 g;
- egg and onion – 1 pc.;
- spices to taste, salt, pepper;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- fatty cream – 200 g;
- cheese – 100 g.
Cooking recipe
- The fillet can be twisted through a meat grinder or cut into small pieces.
- The onion should also be finely chopped and mixed with the meat. Spices, salt and aromatic herbs are also added, and then one egg.
- The resulting mass must be thoroughly mixed.
- Next, small balls must be formed from the meat dough. They should not be larger than a walnut in size.
- After that, they should be rolled in breadcrumbs or dipped in flour.
The balls are baked for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Then they must be poured with a mixture of cream, grated cheese and herbs, and then sent back to the oven for 15 minutes.
