  • sour cream – 1 tablespoon;

  • salt – a pinch.

How to cook

It is prepared quickly and tasty. Grind the oatmeal and mix it with an egg, sour cream, baking powder, and salt.

Heat a pan and add a little oil. Fry the pancake on both sides for a few minutes under the lid. The fire should be low.
