How to make the perfect and simple chicken sauce
Fried, baked and boiled chicken goes well with an appetizing sauce. This only makes the dish juicier. It is a classic when chicken is served to the table together with sauce.
Ingredients
The following products are required for preparation:
- tomato paste – 2 tablespoons;
- sour cream – 1 tablespoon;
- carrot – 1 pc ;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- water – 250 ml;
- hot pepper – 0.5 tsp;
- paprika – 0.5 tsp;
- salt.
How to prepare the sauce
The cooking process will take a minimum of your time. Chop the onion and carrot. Root crops should be fried in oil. Please note that the onions are first placed for a few minutes, and then the carrots are added.
When the root vegetables are slightly fried, add the tomato paste. Mix thoroughly and pour a glass of water. Add salt, spices and sour cream. You need to boil the sauce for 5 minutes and you can remove it from the heat. Delicious!
