How to make the “simplest” home -made kvass

  • Raisins – 100 g;
  • Fresh yeast – 10 g;
  • sugar – 150 g;

    You will also need a 3-liter jar with a lid, an enamel or glass capacity of 5 l, bottles for storage. In small pieces, put on a sheet and sent to the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees. The aromatic crumbs with a golden crust should come out. The contents of the can through gauze (gauze is rolled up in 6-8 layers). The soaked breadcrumbs are squeezed, placed back in a jar, poured 2 liters of boiling water and covered with a lid. Infused for an hour.
